About the Role As Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of your designated section while maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Working alongside talented chefs, you will contribute to the delivery of exquisite dishes that reflect both artistry and flavor.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.
Support the Chef de Partie in managing mise en place and service flow.
Uphold consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation in line with Sumosan brand identity.
Maintain excellent food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence.
Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other sections when required.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements Previous experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant environment.
Passion for Japanese and fusion cuisine, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
A positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
