As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen team, assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that meet our guests’ expectations.
You will work under the guidance of the Chef de Partie and contribute to maintaining the high culinary standards of the hotel while developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities Assist the Chef de Partie in the daily kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated production process.
Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with established hotel recipes and presentation standards, maintaining consistency, quality, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen station, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Support the culinary team in the planning and preparation of menus, including items for special events, banquets, and seasonal offerings.
Contribute to the training and development of junior kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and upholding high culinary standards.
Assist in inventory control by monitoring ingredient levels, minimizing waste, and reporting replenishment needs to the Chef de Partie.
Actively participate in service periods, ensuring all menu items are prepared efficiently and plated with precision to meet service timelines and presentation expectations.
