As a Demi Chef de Partie at alma beach, you will support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and precision.
Working in a state-of-the-art kitchen environment and under the guidance of the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you will develop your technical skills while contributing to a refined and elevated culinary experience.
Alma Beach opens in May and is a luxury, tranquil beach club, combining exceptional food quality, high-end service and an elegant natural setting.

Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of your assigned section Assisting in the preparation and execution of dishes according to kitchen standards Maintaining proper mise en place levels for smooth service Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes Following recipes and instructions with precision and professionalism Maintaining cleanliness, organization and hygiene of your station Proper storage and handling of food products in line with food safety regulations Collaborating effectively with the kitchen team during preparation and service
