As a Customer Support Specialis t your main responsibilities include : Process all phone orders within the company’s system Keep track of customer orders as well as ensure their completion Cooperate with the logistics and warehouse departments for orders and deliveries Answer queries and provide exceptional customer support through phone and email Coordinates closely with the Order-to-Cash team to oversee and resolve issues related to customer billing and payments.
Resolve and take ownership of each client’s questions or concerns Completes month-end close reporting, verifying that all deliveries are invoiced and all billing documents are posted to the correct accounts.
Handle several back office and data entry responsibilities
