As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will be to: Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for POS & e-commerce systems via phone, email, or ticketing Diagnose and resolve technical issues by collaborating with specialized internal teams Log and track all support requests accurately within the Helpdesk system Provide remote installation and configuration of POS equipment when necessary Offer clear guidance and training to customers on basic POS and e-commerce operations Maintain high-quality standards by complying with established procedures
