The Customer Support Representative will have the below responsibilities: Handle all client inquiries and provide order information Receive, process and monitor customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and completion Manage and ensure the timely processing and delivery of orders Coordinate special customer requirements, such as product returns, sample shipments, and pricing lists Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics) for smooth operations Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain data accuracy
