Customer Support Coordinator

Our company is expanding and is looking for new colleagues who will support our team from the Customer Support Coordinator position in the PMI Department.
General Purpose The coordinator position is responsible for answering incoming calls of policyholder’s questions, handling complaints, and providing detailed information regarding health insurance contracts.
In addition, the Customer Support Coordinator communicates with clinics, diagnostic centers, or other health facilities to schedule an appointment or other related actions via phone or email.
Main Responsibilities & Duties The complex role of a Customer Support Coordinator requires time management skills, empathy and keep up with updates of an insurance contract, which form the basis of the service.
Handling of incoming calls regarding information on health insurance programs (applicable policies and coverages).
Management of incoming emails with requests from insured persons.
Providing accurate information based on the policies.
Monitoring and verification of incidents-requests until their completion.
Presenting appropriate alternative solutions and ensuring resolution of the issue always in full compliance with the insurance contract and the procedure.
Data entry into the CRM system and update.
Identify and prioritize – escalate specific issues to the appropriate person.
Follow up of the request, where necessary.
Candidate’s Profile Previous working experience in a customer support role or Insurance Company (desirable, not necessary).
University Diploma (Health Sciences – desirable, not necessary) or High School Diploma.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Computer Literacy & familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Good knowledge of English language.
Ability to multi – task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts in a rotate schedule (Monday to Sunday – 5 days).
