Customer Service & Logistics Representative

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a global distributor of specialty materials and a leading producer of essential minerals with over 140 years of successful operation, is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Representative.
What you will do: You will coordinate the logistics and delivery of customer orders, ensuring that products reach customers on time and in good condition.
The role also includes keeping customers promptly informed about any inquiries related to sales orders, deliveries, or complaints.
Logistic activities: Manage cooperation with logistics partners in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and service level Control and coordination of import, export, transport, and warehousing processes Control and monitor outbound deliveries in export logistics, active monitoring and managing the customer service level of the logistics partners Reporting of CS&L activities Customer service: Taking and managing the ordering process Overall responsibility for timely, accurate and on-time execution of all orders received from customers Provide information to customers about order status and product queries Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures Respond promptly to customer inquiries; obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product inquiries Maintain valid and updated offers in the company data base (ERP) Invoicing Customers Customers’ complaints handling
