We are looking for a candidate who can coordinate the logistics and delivery of customer orders , ensuring that products reach customers on time and in good condition.
The role also includes keeping customers promptly informed about any inquiries related to sales orders, deliveries, or complaints.
Main Responsibilities: Logistic activities: Manage cooperation with logistics partners in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and service level Control and coordination of import, export, transport, and warehousing processes.
Control and monitor outbound deliveries in export logistics, active monitoring and managing the customer service level of the logistics partners.
Reporting of CS&L activities Customer service: Taking and managing the ordering process Overall responsibility for timely, accurate and on-time execution of all orders received from customers Provide information to customers about order status and product queries Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures Respond promptly to customer inquiries; obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product inquiries Maintain valid and updated offers in the company data base (ERP) Invoicing Customers Customers’s complaints handling.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant professional Customer Service experience, preferably in the supply chain.
Knowledge and skills: Strong problem‑solving mindset and persistence Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to build trustful relationships with customers and logistics partners Service‑oriented approach with strong listening and analytical skills Reliable, motivated, flexible and team‑oriented Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Solid MS Office skills High attention to detail and accuracy We appreciate all submitted applications.
