Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of Roche Diagnostics, a multinational company in the healthcare and diagnostics sector, for a professional to cover the following position: Customer Operations Partner Job Description • Ensures that all customer operations activities comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant regulations, supporting internal audits related to customer data and operational processes • Handles the timely processing of sales orders, credit notes, debit notes, invoices, and export documentation • Collaborates with Logistics and Finance departments to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment and billing • Acts as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints related to order status, billing, or returns • Responds promptly and professionally to customer communications, providing accurate information and ensuring effective issue resolution • Tracks and follows up on pending customer requests requiring interdepartmental coordination • Processes product returns and exchanges according to company policies and manages credit note issuance, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation • Investigates customer complaints in collaboration with relevant departments and contributes to timely and effective resolutions • Documents complaint trends and identifies opportunities for process and customer experience improvements • Works closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure seamless customer operations • Prepares regular reports on customer operations metrics, including order processing and complaint resolution • Identifies operational bottlenecks and proposes improvements to processes and customer experience
