As a Customer Operations and Logistics Specialist your reponsibilities will be: Handle customer orders and oversee the entire order-taking process Manage and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries Coordinate effectively with 3PL partners Execute and oversee EXW exports Follow up on delivery performance and actively resolve any customer complaints Manage SAP processes, including MIGO (goods movement) and Purchase Orders (POs) Administer transfer prices, rebates, and tariffs Maintain and update customer and material master data in the system Prepare, organize, and manage audit documentation Manage customer claims, tracking any related logistical issues and costs Communicate proactively with all internal stakeholders and external partners Issue invoices in strict compliance with Greek tax regulations Maintain all required operational records Prepare accurate and timely sales reports Ensure full adherence to company procedures and QHSE standards
