Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational company operating in the digital and consulting sector, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: Customer & Marketing Insights Analyst Job Description • Analyze end-to-end customer journeys and identify opportunities for conversion, retention, and operational optimization • Identify friction points and performance gaps across customer funnels and propose improvement actions • Translate customer and business data into actionable insights to enhance customer experience and commercial performance • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and funnel efficiency • Provide recommendations for campaign optimization, media performance, and budget allocation • Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights to improve acquisition quality and marketing effectiveness • Manage and structure datasets to produce recurring and ad-hoc reports with high accuracy and consistency • Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau) to monitor performance and customer behavior • Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze results to optimize user journeys and conversion performance • Set up KPI monitoring mechanisms and alerts to proactively identify performance deviations • Support forecasting and scenario analysis to enable data-driven decision-making • Contribute to business presentations and strategic planning through structured analysis and performance insights
