ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of its client, a leading multinational telecommunications company, is looking for Customer Care Support – German Speaking to join their successful Greece team. 📍 Location: Hybrid in Thessaloniki 🕘 Working Hours: Flexible shifts between 08:00 and 12:00, Monday to Sunday, 5 days per week with 2 days off 🛑 Sundays and public holidays (according to the German calendar) are always off What will you do: You will be responsible for supporting incoming customer requests, addressing inquiries related to products and services, and guiding customers toward the most suitable plans based on their needs.
Part of your role includes accurately logging all customer communications and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
More specifically: Handle in-bound customer inquiries regarding accounts and telecom services Build rapport with customers to understand their interests, assess their needs, and determine suitable service or product recommendations that support potential sales Provide personalized suggestions for new services or plan upgrades, always approaching interactions with a customer-focused and sales-driven attitude Maintain accurate records of all customer conversations and follow-up actions in the internal system
