Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international well-known consumer healthcare company , for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: CRM & Data Management Officer Job Description: Manage CRM support tasks, image recognition platform, and digital platforms Support CRM functionality rollouts, including internal communications and user onboarding Assist in the creation and validation of CRM reports Participate in end-to-end UATs between CRM and ERP (SAP), ensuring cross-system data validation and business process testing, especially during SAP upgrades Own data upload processes, including template population and data sanity checks Ensure data accuracy and consistency before system updates or uploads Coordinate and oversee support from external vendors and third-party teams Act as point of contact for internal sales teams and support vendors
