Endless is seeking a Credit Manager responsible for managing customer credit risk, ensuring healthy customer balances and timely payments, while supporting sales and production continuity and protecting the company’s cash flow and financial stability.
Key Responsibilities: Define and enforce the company’s credit policy and risk framework Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers Set, review, and control customer credit limits and payment terms Monitor customer balances, overdue receivables, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) Approve, block, or release orders based on credit status Oversee collections and escalation of overdue accounts Collaborate with Sales and Production to balance growth and risk Report credit exposure, risks, and KPIs to Management
