ICAP Executive Search & Selection , on behalf of its client, a dynamic company in the technology and IT solutions sector , is seeking: Country Manager / Commercial Lead (6174/CMCL/ESS/GR) The Country Manager / Commercial Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and overall commercial performance in the Greek market, ensuring the effective execution of the company’s business strategy.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on commercial leadership, focusing on go-to-market strategy, sales performance, business development, and strategic partnerships.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure the successful delivery of commercial objectives and sustainable business growth.
Role Description: Lead the strategic and revenue growth of our operations in Greece by developing and executing initiatives that drive business expansion and optimize market positioning.
Translate Group strategy into a clear local go-to-market plan, aligned with positioning as a leading IT solutions provider.
Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the rest of the Senior Management Team.
Build and accomplish tangible annual and quarterly business plans, financial targets and operational roadmaps.
Continuously monitor budgets, operational costs/metrics, KPIs, and overall financial performance, ensuring cost control, transparency, and profitability.
Take ownership of day-to-day operations and business performance, ensuring smooth operation of the local entity.
Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and key vendor relationships, actively engaging at executive level to unlock new commercial opportunities.
Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to provide accurate and timely reports outlining the Sales outlook for the company.
Represent the company in the market through participation in industry events, conferences, and executive forums, strengthening brand presence and business development.
Ensure that the company adheres to its code on governance and that all operating activity is undertaken in an environment of integrity.
Lead and develop employees, improve collaboration, and remove operational bottlenecks.
Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams with a strong commercial and customer-centric mindset.
