Construction Site Supervisor for Fit-out works

As a construction site supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing fit-out projects from start to finish.
The Office is based in Athens , but there are various projects abroad.
Main responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation of all tasks, coordination of all activities between all subcontractors and suppliers of the project Daily supervision and evaluation of technicians’ performance and quality Quality checks and monitoring of materials and equipment delivered by the suppliers Identify and monitor variations and inconsistencies with the designs and provide guidance for corrective actions Distribution of approved designs to all the technical teams Keep track of project progress and time schedule Site Coordination Ensure that the Health and Safety guidelines are distributed to all personnel Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision and coordination of construction site works of fit-out projects Excellent communication skills of spoken and written English Very good knowledge of MS Office programs and AutoCAD design
