We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Commercial Operations Specialist to serve as a strategic backbone for the sales department.
This role is pivotal in providing the high-level analytics, structure, and cross-functional coordination necessary to drive commercial excellence and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities for this Commercial Support Specialist : Commercial Insights & Analytics: Develop high-impact weekly and monthly sales reports (volume, revenue, KPIs).
Support forecasting and budget tracking to provide actionable insights for senior leadership Sales Enablement: Assist in the preparation of sophisticated customer presentations, commercial proposals, and pricing structures.
Track promotional effectiveness and contractual commitments Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central hub for commercial intelligence, ensuring seamless alignment between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing Project & CRM Management: Lead data integration initiatives, synchronizing wholesaler data with internal platforms.
Manage CRM updates to track business development opportunities and ensure contract compliance Process Optimization: Maintain master data (SKUs, pricing, customer files) while identifying and implementing ways to improve commercial workflows
