Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a leader Insurance company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: Commercial Specialist – Performance Marketing ( Chalandri) Job Description Paid Media & Acquisition • Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Social, Display and Video . • Manage keyword and bid strategies to improve CPL and ROI. • Monitor performance and optimize based on conversions and revenue impact .
SEO & Organic Growth • Support SEO initiatives and site optimization for lead generation. • Stay updated on AI – driven search ( LLMs, AI, Overviews ) and adjust strategies accordingly. • Conduct audits, implement recommendations and benchmark against competitors .
Analytics & Optimization • Analyze performance using GA4, Adobe Analytics, and other analytics tools. • Use platforms like Semji, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Plausible to track results and competitive benchmarks. • Provide insights, optimize spend, and identify opportunities for new channels and service expansion. • Collaborate with internal/external teams to test and improve the end – to end multi – channel customer experience.
