Job Description: Our pharmaceutical company Verma Drugs S.A., based in Koropi, Attica, with a strong presence in both the Greek and international markets, is seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator with experience in imports, exports, and marketing to strengthen the sales department and support the development of our activities in Greece and abroad.
Main Responsibilities: Coordination and support of the commercial department and sales teams.
Management of import and export processes (document preparation, coordination with transport companies, customs, etc.).
Monitoring of orders and stock levels in collaboration with the warehouse and logistics department.
Support and implementation of marketing and commercial communication activities (promotional material, participation in trade fairs, campaigns).
Collaboration with existing clients and search for new partnerships.
Maintenance and updating of the customer and partner database.
Preparation of reports and analyses for the commercial management.
