On behalf of our client, a Luxury Spa Consulting Compan y, UWORC is recruiting a Commercial & Operations Coordinator , for a permanent placement.
The Commercial & Operations Coordinator is responsible for driving the company’s commercial strategy while ensuring the smooth execution of its day-to-day operations.
This hybrid role combines pricing strategy, forecasting, warehouse coordination, document control, payroll support, and financial processes.
It requires strong organizational skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
What to Expect: Maximum of 8 working hours per day Two days off per week Year-round occupation On-time payments All wages and benefits included as required by law Training and development opportunities The Role: Analyze market trends and collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to shape retail & wholesale pricing, discount structures, and promotional strategies Develop the annual commercial budget and prepare monthly sales forecasts based on market data and historical performance Issue and process customer invoices, credit notes, and keep accurate digital records Accurately record supplier and expense invoices in the ERP/accounting system in collaboration with the finance team Provide support in the payroll process, track employee leave & overtime, and ensure compliance with labor regulations Coordinate orders, shipments, and deliveries, maintaining close communication with the warehouse and logistics partners Monitor stock levels and help ensure efficient supply chain management Collaborate with the production department to align availability and scheduling Prepare and pack orders, issue relevant shipment documents, and oversee full invoicing cycle Create and deliver commercial and financial reports regarding sales, profitability, and margins to support executive decision-making Keep corporate documentation organized and up to date in line with internal procedures Communicate professionally with customers, assisting with order placement and inquiries Skills That Can Make You Outstand in This Role (Missing some?
