The Commercial Operations Assistant will have the below responsibilities: Handle all client inquiries and provide product/order information.
Manage and ensure the timely processing and delivery of export orders.
Resolve customer complaints and maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality) for smooth operations.
Prepare reports and support commercial/export projects.
Oversee project management tasks, including labels and packaging, from order confirmation to final loading.
