As a Coating Supervisor your main responsibilities are: Provide daily guidance to Paintshop staff, supporting their training, development, and shift schedule Monitor metal powder coating and chemical pre-treatment phases Maintain 100% alignment with environmental, health, and quality protocols Safely handle and top off acid/liquid chemical solutions Conduct product measurements and provide operational data to supervisors
