With a growing portfolio of projects, the company is expanding its Construction Management team and looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Construction Manager.
Role description: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Civil Engineer with extensive experience in Hydraulic and Irrigation projects to join our team.
This role will be responsible for the construction management of the project as part of the Owner’s Engineering team, ensuring that all works are completed on time and according to quality standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent technical knowledge, and a proven track record in managing similar large scale hydraulic construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: Construction Supervision: Monitor and Supervise weekly project schedule construction activities, ensuring adherence to permits, designs, and specifications.
Project Planning & Coordination: Define project milestones and ensure deadlines are met by overseeing and adjusting schedules as needed Quality Assurance: Review work quality, conduct site inspections, and ensure that all works are executed according to specifications and Greek regulations Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the manager, including project status updates and progress reviews.
Team Management: Monitor contractors and third-party services to ensure work is executed according to project schedule and specifications Documentation: Prepare project documents and maintain comprehensive records of project activities
