Role Overview We are looking for talented Culinary Professionals to join our kitchens at multiple levels: Chef de Partie – Lead your section, mentor junior chefs, and maintain high culinary standards.
Demi Chef de Partie – Support the Chef de Partie, assist in training, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Commis Chef – Support daily preparation, maintain hygiene, and learn the craft in a dynamic environment.
All roles contribute to delivering exceptional food quality, maintaining high kitchen standards, and supporting team development.
Key Accountabilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Support kitchen operations during service, maintaining efficiency and organization.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Participate in training, mentoring, and development of junior team members as needed.
