As a Chef de Partie at alma Beach, you will be responsible for managing your assigned kitchen section, ensuring consistency, precision and high-quality execution at all times.
Working within a state-of-the-art kitchen environment and under the guidance of the Head Chef and Executive Chef, you will contribute to delivering a refined and elevated culinary experience. alma Beach opens in May and is a luxury, tranquil beach club, combining exceptional food quality, high-end service and an elegant natural setting.
Our culinary philosophy is based on premium ingredients, clean flavors and flawless execution, aligned with a calm and sophisticated guest experience.
Your key responsibilities will include: Managing your assigned section during preparation and service Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes leaving your station Maintaining proper mise en place levels for smooth and efficient service Following recipes and kitchen standards with precision Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations Ensuring cleanliness, organization and hygiene of your station Proper storage and handling of food products in line with food safety regulations Collaborating effectively with the rest of the kitchen team
