Responsibilities Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards in food preparation, cooking, and presentation are consistently met.
Execute menu items with precision, adhering strictly to established recipes and specifications to maintain quality and consistency.
Actively contribute to menu development by bringing forward innovative ideas and culinary creativity to enhance the overall dining experience.
Supervise, mentor, and train junior kitchen staff, providing clear guidance on culinary techniques, operational efficiency, and industry best practices.
Manage inventory levels for your station, ensuring effective stock control, timely replenishment, and minimal waste.
Uphold strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborate closely with the broader kitchen brigade to support the successful execution of large-scale events, banquets, and special functions.
