As a Center Management Assistant, your responsibilities include: Ensure the continuous, high-quality function and appearance of all shopping center facilities.
Act as the central coordinator for all operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with store teams and contractors.
Maintain site integrity by supervising equipment condition and completing necessary fire and safety protocol checks.
Participate and support the implementation of marketing and advertising activities inside the Shopping Center.
Directly supervise and evaluate external services (Security, Cleaning, etc.) to ensure contractual compliance.
Monitor parking operations, managing equipment and coordinating space functionality for visitors.
