The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for providing tailored solutions to clients in manufacturing, logistics, and related industries.
The role will report to the Sales Manager.
Location: Athens Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the packaging machinery sector Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business Understand client needs and recommend suitable packaging machinery solutions Conduct product presentations, demos, and site visits when necessary Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop customized solutions Prepare and deliver quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery or packaging equipment Strong technical understanding of mechanical or automation systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently Fluency in English Willingness to travel as required Benefits Competitive salary Company car & travel expenses Mobile phone & laptop Bonus Scheme Ticket restaurant card #Empoweringtalent #WebelieveinTalent #ManpowerGroupGreece
