ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of its client, a pioneer in the mobility industry and a member of a global transportation group, is seeking a Business Development Representative for a high-impact, short-term (1-month) project. 📌 Location: Panormou, Athens (for Athens-based candidates) Remote for professionals based across Greece (outside Attica) ⏰ Working Schedule: 10:00 – 18:00 📜 Contract: 1-Month Fixed-Term Project What you will do: Your mission is to be the first point of contact, introducing a free state-of-the-art SaaS platform to fleet owners across Greece and scheduling qualified appointments for the senior sales team.
More specifically: Execute cold calls to a provided list of taxi dispatchers and fleet owners to introduce the company’s free services Build quick rapport and navigate your way to decision-makers to inform them about our innovative digital solutions Pitch the benefits of the free SaaS dispatching tool, handle initial objections, and secure a demo/call with our Sales Executives Accurately log all call outcomes, gathered intel, and scheduled appointments into CRM systems (Salesforce or Excel) What we are looking for: Previous experience in a Call Center environment, ideally with a focus on Cold Calling or Lead Generation Native English is mandatory You don’t fear the phone; you can handle busy or skeptical business owners with charm and confidence Comfortable navigating CRM platforms or Excel and digital communication tools Compensation package and Benefits: ✔️ Competitive monthly salary 💻 Cutting-edge IT equipment 🤝Excellent working environment 👥 Recruitment Process: If you’re interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
