Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading consulting firm , a professional to cover the following position: Business Consultant Job Description • Understand client strategic objectives, business challenges and market positioning • Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze qualitative & quantitative data • Evaluate internal processes, financial and operational performance indicators • Develop structured, evidence-based recommendations and strategic roadmaps • Design performance improvement, cost optimization and transformation initiatives • Prepare executive presentations, business cases and high-level reports • Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner • Support implementation phases and monitor KPIs to ensure measurable impact • Build and maintain strong client relationships
