Brand Ambassador – Airport Duty Free Full-Time | 40 hours/week Fixed-Term Contract (6 months) We are looking for a sales-driven Brand Ambassador to represent Luxottica brands in a fast-paced Airport Duty Free retail environment.
Contract Duration Fixed-term contract: 6 months Start Date: 01/04/2026 End Date: 31/10/2026 Working Schedule 40 hours per week Thursday – Friday – Saturday – Sunday – Monday Shift-based schedule (airport retail environment) Key Responsibilities Proactively approach customers and drive sales Deliver a premium brand experience and product storytelling Maintain brand visibility, merchandising standards, and stock on the sales floor Support product launches and key commercial activities Collaborate with the store team to maximize conversion and performance Requirements Strong sales mindset and proactive attitude Excellent communication and customer engagement skills Fluent English required (additional languages are a strong advantage) Previous retail experience required (luxury / fashion / travel retail preferred) Reliable and flexible (shift work, weekends, and public holidays) Eligible to obtain an airport access pass (documentation and compliance required) We Offer Full-Time employment (40 hours/week) Competitive compensation package Monthly bonus of €150 upon achievement of store targets Performance-based incentives Product and sales training Career growth opportunities
