The BIM Designer will have the following responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, using Autodesk Revit.
Produce comprehensive and accurate 2D construction drawings, schematics, and schedules directly from the BIM model.
Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure a fully coordinated and clash-free design.
Perform spatial coordination checks and participate in design review meetings to resolve any conflicts.
Ensure all designs and models comply with project requirements, industry best practices, and Greek building codes (KENAK).
Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s BIM standards and Revit families.
