Mission & Guest Experience: Design and deliver tailored beach and pool experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service that embodies the magic of togetherness and luxury.
Operations & Coordination: Coordinate and enhance the daily operation of the beach and pool service.
Ensure the beach and pool areas are clean, tidy, fully equipped, and safe prior to guest arrival each day.
Team Leadership: Organize and supervise employee shifts.
Recruit, train, and mentor new team members on proper customer service practices, operational standards, and safety protocols.
Vendor & Supply Management: Liaise with external cleaning and maintenance partners, communicate any needs or issues, and maintain accurate records of their presence and performance.
Safety & Compliance: Uphold and enforce all safety rules and regulations.
Proactively identify and report any hazards or incidents to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, particularly F&B and lifeguards, to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience across the resort..
