We are looking for a highly energetic, results driven and experienced candidate.
The position reports directly to the Food and Beverage Supervisor of the company.
Responsibilities: The Bartender is responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to the guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.
Prepare all mise en place and any necessary side duties at the beginning and end of each shift Prepare and serve beverage orders according to the established sequence of service Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests Assist in all restaurant/bar related tasks as assigned by the F&B Supervisor Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance Qualifications: Have sound knowledge of spirits, beers, wine, cocktails and coffee.
Excellent communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken Degree/Diploma in Mixology/Winery would be a plus Attention to detail and work in a fast paced, diverse work environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office and of at least one PMS software and P.O.S. system Proactive, able to work efficiently under pressure, to make decisions and come up with effective solutions Hands-on approach, flexible, with a positive attitude Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance (grooming standards, clean uniform, body odors) Team oriented.
