Your main purpose Daily Operations : Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of assigned bars to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Team Supervision : Lead, support, and motivate bartenders and bar backs to maintain high performance.
Service Standards : Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality drinks and service in line with brand and guest expectations.
Stock & Inventory : Monitor bar stock levels, assist with orders, and ensure proper storage and rotation of beverages.
Guest Interaction : Engage with guests, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
Collaboration : Work closely with restaurant and F&B teams to support overall service flow.
Compliance : Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards behind the bar.
