Role Overview The Barista is responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders and ensuring Cultivos Coffee standards are met to the highest level.
Key duties and responsibilities Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks according to company standards.
Engaging with customers to understand their preferences and providing recommendations.
Operating coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
Ensuring all beverages are served promptly and with attention to detail.
Handling cash and processing payments using the point-of-sale system.
Restocking and replenishing of inventory and supplies.
Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or special requests.
Adhering to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Keeping the café area tidy and well-stocked throughout shifts.
Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista Coffee knowledge and relevant certifications needed Excellent knowledge of English language.
