We are currently seeking to recruit for the 2026 season for the position of: Barista/Barman Duties & Responsibilities: Greet customers at all times by name Deep knowledge of all food and drinks menus across the hotel Ensure the smooth operation of the shift through customer focused service delivery Keep a high Standard of personal hygiene and appearance Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with company standards Prepares coffee, drinks and cocktails by following recipes
