The Bar Cashier is an important member of our team, processes orders and payments accurately and efficiently, coordinating with the bar and service teams to ensure timely service and a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities Process guest payments by cash, card through the POS system.
Balance the cash drawer, reconcile card transactions and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare accurate end-of-shift and end-of-day sales, cash, card and tip totals.
Check that open bills are settled before service staff complete their shifts.
Keep the cashier station supplied and report POS issues promptly to management.
Answer guest inquiries courteously and assist the bar team when needed.
Requirements A degree in hospitality, accounting or a related field, and at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably at a four- or five-star hotel.
Good spoken and written Greek and English; another foreign language is an advantage.
Confident computer and POS skills; experience with HIT WebPos is an advantage.
Accuracy with financial procedures, strong organization and communication skills, and a professional, discreet approach.
