The responsibilities of the B2B Sales Representative position are the following: Present, promote and sell company’s products, services and special offers to prospective and existing customers.
Implement sales strategy through direct channels for the Small Medium Enterprises Business Customers segments.
Cross and upsell products and services.
Prepare sales contracts and monitor the contract procedure.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Handle and carefully respond to customer inquiries, by providing excellent customer service through active listening.
