GEOSYSTEMS HELLAS S.A., a Geoinformatics company based in Pangrati (Athens), is looking for personnel to support the sales department, a talented and motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
The job is for a Technical Sales Representative that specializes in technology-related products on mapping, earth observation, downstream space, GIS-WebGIS.
The job duties are to promote the company’s services and showcase tech products, both software and hardware.
The technical sales representative is responsible for reporting market findings to immediate superiors and shall be ” educate customers and future customers” on product features, conduct product demonstrations, lead sales calls, identify new leads, and have KPIs on an annual basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify clients’ needs to recommend products
- Communicate technical and complex concepts clearly
- Write technical reports and proposals for vendors or clients related to products
- Finding new customers and creating a sales relationship with potential buyers
- Builds and sustains relationships with clients
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients
- Advising clients on product value and suitability
- Making sales pitches at demonstrations or conference events to persuade an audience to buy an item
- Follow up after a sales pitch to answer questions or provide advice
- Meet sale quotas and commission goals
- Traveling in Greece and Cyprus to meet with vendors or to lead instructional demonstrations for a product
- Negotiating prices with customers
- Track sales and share sales information with management
- Follow industry trends for new markets and learning about new technology products
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of a higher education degree, preferably from a Technological/Engineering direction
- A good knowledge of English
- Working experience of at least two (2) years in B2B sales

- A confident communicator and presenter
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Dynamic character with skills in negotiation, sales growth, maintaining trusting relationships, communication and understanding of customer needs and understanding of cutting edge digital technologies
