Asylum procedures officer – interim support (Quality & procedures – AMMR)
The Asylum Procedures Officer – interim support (Quality and Procedures – AMMR) works under the supervision of EUAA and the Greek authorities in performing some or all of the following tasks: Support the Greek authorities by providing technical and content related advice on Asylum and Migration Management Regulation (AMMR) procedures Support the Greek authorities with the drafting of SOPs and the development of tools and workflows relevant to the implementation of the AMMR Support with the development and implementation of quality assurance mechanisms in areas related to the AMMR Comply with the productivity targets Draft documents, templates, minutes and reports, as requested Participate in internal and external meetings, as requested Participate in trainings organised by EUAA or other stakeholders, locally or in other locations, when requested Provide to EUAA regular analytical and statistical reports of provided services and challenges Be available to participate in missions, as per the operational needs of EUAA Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile
