Role Overview The Assistant Waiter supports the service team in delivering a seamless, elegant, and personalized dining experience.
The role involves ensuring impeccable table setup, maintaining well-prepared service areas, and responding promptly to guest needs, consistently contributing to the exceptional standards of service expected in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Accountabilities Assist in presenting and describing menu items, including food and beverages, in a professional and engaging manner.
Τake and serve food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Deliver attentive, courteous, and personalized service throughout the guests’ dining experience.
Set, clear, and reset tables in accordance with established restaurant and service standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or concerns promptly, professionally, and discreetly.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in dining areas and service stations at all times.
Assist with restocking service supplies, including napkins, cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated service operations.
Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Comply with all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe and welcoming dining environment.
