DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the service team to ensure smooth, timely, and professional service throughout each shift.
Assist in preparing tables and service areas to the highest standards.
Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
Respond to guest needs with a friendly, respectful, and guest-centric approach.
Collaborate closely with waiters, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and back-of-house service areas.
Stay informed on the daily menu and communicate basic dish and beverage details to guests if required.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or the Restaurant Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Prior experience as assistant waiter in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certificate in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to collaborate effectively with the service team, kitchen, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Attentive, reliable, and capable of handling guest needs and minor issues with professionalism.
