As an Assistant Waiter / Runner at alma Beach , you will support the service team in delivering a smooth, elegant and high-quality beach club experience.
With energy, attention to detail and team spirit, you will contribute to creating a refined and relaxed atmosphere for our guests. alma Beach opens in May and is a luxury, tranquil beach club, combining exceptional food quality, high-end service and an elegant natural setting.

Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting waiters in delivering high-level service throughout the guest experience.
Assisting with food and beverage service, ensuring speed, accuracy and consistency.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables and stations.
Ensuring smooth communication between kitchen, bar and service team.
Preparing and replenishing mise en place and service equipment.
Following Alma Beach service standards and operational procedures.
