As an Assistant Store Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include: Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and team leadership Ensure an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the brand’s premium identity Drive sales and meet KPIs through client-focused service and product knowledge Lead, coach and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent service Assist in visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation Manage daily operations, including cash handling, scheduling and reporting Build long-term relationships with VIP clients and maintain a clienteling mindset
