ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a company in the production of plastic packaging material, is seeking a Assistant Production Manager. 📌 Location: Scimatari, Voiotia 🖋️You will be reporting to: Production Manager 💼 Responsibilities: Planning, coordinating, and supervising the production process.
Optimizing production procedures.
Ensuring the achievement of the production schedule in terms of planned volumes and timelines.
Monitoring compliance with ERP procedures.
Monitoring machine performance (via EVOCON software), taking measures to improve it.
Coordinating the activities of shift supervisors to achieve production targets.
Supervising, evaluating, and guiding production staff.
Implementing and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborating with all company departments and external partners.
Implementing new effective practices to improve the production process.
