Domes Noruz Chania We are currently hiring for our 5* resort Domes Noruz Chania, an ultimate luxury experience, located in Crete, Assistant Housekeeping Manager , for the 2026 season.
The Role: The Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Domes Resorts oversees the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction are met.
This individual supervises housekeeping team members, coordinates cleaning schedules, assists in managing supplies, and provides hands-on support to the team.
Some of the responsibilities: Supervising Housekeeping Team Members Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising housekeeping Team Members.
Coordinate work schedules, assign cleaning tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and quality.
Conduct daily briefings, communicate hotel policies, and ensure team members adherence to health and safety standards.
Quality Control & Inspection Meticulously inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness and appearance standards.
Maintain records of room and area inspections and identify areas for improvement.
Inventory and Supplies Management Assist in managing the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
Monitor stock levels, request restocking as needed, and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning products and equipment according to safety protocols.
Guest Service & Satisfaction Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints related to housekeeping.
Work closely with the front desk, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and special requirements.
Support efforts to maximize guest satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring rooms and areas exceed expectations.
Health & Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and sanitation guidelines.
Conduct regular training on safe cleaning practices, proper handling of chemicals, and emergency procedures.
Administrative Duties Maintain accurate housekeeping records, including cleaning schedules, inventory usage, and staff attendance.
