Area Service & Parts Engineer

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong technical background in the HVAC or Plumbing/Pipes industry to join our team as an Area Service & Parts Engineer.

The responsibilities of the Area Service & Parts Engineer are the following: Regularly visit and monitor external service centers to ensure service level harmonization and consistency of standards.
Maintain and strengthen relations with existing service partners while identifying and assessing new business opportunities and partnerships.
Provide technical guidance, implement platforms/trainings for customers, and identify training needs across the network.
Manage the fixed-price catalogue, monitor stock levels, and oversee the implementation of corporate service systems.
