Area Manager

Cardinal SA is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee, support and grow the performance of our WOKSHOP stores within the assigned region.
The ideal candidate has a strong retaill background, excellent people-management skills and passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of multiple WOKSHOP stores.
Ensure consistent execution of company standards, product quality, hygiene and customer experience.
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, stock levels and merchandising standards.
Coach, train, and support Store Managers and in-store teams.
Conduct daily store visits and provide performance reports to management.
Support the opening of new stores and contribute to local growth strategies.
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth store functionality.
Plan and organize in-store promotions, events and 3rd-party collaborations.
